friendly staff great air conditioning on-site pub unclean room hard bed no included breakfast
the staff was super friendly and really helpful. the room had air conditioning which was amazing during the hot weather. i loved that there was a pub right there too!
the room wasnt as clean as i hoped and the bed felt really hard. i also wish breakfast had been included for the price i paid. rooms were only cleaned if you specifically asked for it

a few issues impacted my stay
dirty mirror stale pastries
the room wasn't as clean as i expected the bathroom mirror had noticeable streaks i found this disappointing there was also a persistent humming noise at night it sounded like a ventilation system or nearby equipment this made it difficult to fall asleep i even tried using earplugs but the humming was still noticeable finally the breakfast buffet was not very appealing the pastries seemed stale and the fruit was not fresh.

worn room sewage smell
the initial impression upon entering my "standard double room" was lackluster. it was quite worn. a definite sewage smell permeated the bathroom continuously. this foul odor detracted significantly from my stay.
